	Michael Eliopoulos – Director Michael commenced his apprenticeship in 1987 at RDHM, qualified in 1991 and became licensed in the same year. He was subsequently employed in the Crown and Bridge Unit at Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne (RDHM), and continued working there until 1994. In 1992 in addition to his work at RDHM he opened his own part-time laboratory “Jade Dental Laboratory”. From 1992 until 1997 he continued postgraduate work in the Crown & Bridge Unit and in October 1997 joined forces with Anthony Minichilli from Opal Dental Ceramic Studio to form “Bioart Dental Australia Pty Ltd”. 	Lou Cusinato – Director Lou commenced his apprenticeship in 1985 as a Dental Technician at the Paul Warner Advanced Dental Technician Laboratory - a commercial prosthetic laboratory. After 1 year he transferred and finished his apprenticeship at the RDHM. He qualified as a Dental Technician in 1989 and became licensed in 1990. In 1991 whilst still working for RDHM he opened his own part-time business “Realism Dental Laboratory”. In 1993 he left RDHM to concentrate full time on his own laboratory. In 2000 Realism Dental combined with Bioart Dental Australia Pty Ltd. 	Anthony (Tony) Minichilli – Director Anthony commenced his apprenticeship in 1979 at the RDHM and qualified in 1985. After qualifying he spent 7 years at RDHM in the Crown and Bridge Department working very closely with post-graduates. In 1990 he started his own business “Opal Dental Ceramic Studio ” and in 1997 combined with Michael Eliopoulos from “Jade Dental Laboratory” to form Bioart Dental Australia Pty Ltd. 	Annitta Eliopoulos Manager - Marketing & Operations Annitta holds a Bachelor of Health Science, Post graduate in Midwifery and a Certificate in Information Processing Research and Information Management. This background equips Annitta well for her role as manager of marketing and operations at Bio Art Dental.
	Leanne Cusinato Financial Controller Leanne holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Economics and is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Leanne is approaching her fifth year at Bio Art Dental and before this worked in finance roles at global organizations Price Waterhouse Coopers and Toyota.
	Angie Cutajar Lab Coordinator Angie has been at Bio Art almost two years and has the pivotal role of laborotary co-ordinator. Angie has a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in Consumer Science and prior to joining Bio Art was at Coles Myer as a Supervisor. Additional to her role as laborotory co-ordinator Angie also manages the all important communication with dentists and surgeries regarding the progress of their work and scheduling of shade appointments and Angie personally meets all patients referred for Shade Consultations.
